When November Comes…
Are you a German reader? If so, welcome to my website! I’m so glad you are here!
The German edition of NIGHT FALLS DARKLY, titled WENN DIE NACHT BEGINNE, releases November 2012 through publisher Egmont!
February 2nd, 2012
I’m excited to share news that the Shadow Guard Trilogy will be published by German publisher EGMONT!
I’ll share release dates and covers as soon as I can. I look forward to hearing from German readers!
January 22nd, 2011
It’s a beautiful day here, and I’m spending the day cleaning the Lenox household and working on some ideas that have been swirling around in the back of my head for a few days.
What does that mean? With new ideas, I usually work up a 12 to 14 page synopsis, outlining the story, and zap it off to my agent so she can let me know her thoughts. Then, after discussing, I start writing pages!
If any of you have sent e-mails, I apologize for not responding! My desktop computer (where I receive my Kim Lenox emails) is dead because of issues associated with an evil program that came with my Blackberry. I attempted to uninstall it, and, well, you know how that is. Some programs are like the Dark Bride (reference, Shadow Guard Book 2: So Still the Night) and they don’t want to EVER LET YOU GO!
So my desktop is at the computer hospital. Crocodesigns is helping me access my e-mails on my netbook, so soon I’ll be up and running.
Good news! The Shadow Guard series has sold to a German publisher. I’m extremely excited about that, and I’ll share more details in the near future.
I hope that you, blog reader, are doing well. As always, share in the comments section what you’re reading and recommending right now! I love book recommendations and read a lot myself. I just finished a non-romance, DUMA KEY by Stephen King, and it was fantastic.
Tomorrow I’ll share what new romance I’m reading.

A New Contest
HEY to all! How’s it going, and thanks for visiting!
Is everyone enjoying the autumn season? I know I am. It’s my favorite, and I love everything about it. Cooler weather. Pumpkins. Halloween!
To celebrate, I’m going to do a giveaway! I noticed that a lot of you come to my website searching for NIGHT FALLS DARKLY, the first book in the Shadow Guard Series. You may know that it is no longer available at Amazon or Barnes & Nobles or other bookstores. But guess what? I’ve got a stash.
I’ll run a contest until, ohhhh…let’s say FRIDAY, October 22nd, and I’ll give away four (4!) copies of NIGHT FALLS DARKLY to anyone who leaves a comment here on the blog. All you have to do is let me know the BEST book you’ve read in recent memory. I ask because it’s readers who are visiting the website, and I’m sure that they, like myself, love to get book recommendations. (You don’t even have to say it’s one of my books!)
I’ll have some exciting news to share, but not for a few weeks yet!
For now, if you’re looking for an excerpt of DARKER THAN NIGHT, click on my BOOKS tab, or visit my blog. If it’s a contest you seek (free books?) check out my blog, where there are details on entering to win the first two books in the Shadow Guard series, NIGHT FALLS DARKLY and SO STILL THE NIGHT! It’s easy, and I’m giving away five sets. But enter soon! The contest ends on April 10th! So click that Blog tab if you dare!
