I seriously need to send a truckload of flowers, chocolates, steaming java mocha lattes and dancing girls to the NAL art department. I just got the cover for NIGHT FALLS DARKLY, and I’d like to share it with you.

THAT is ARCHER!
And thank goodness for those windy London days, right? The ones so strong that shirt buttons fail in their duty!
Anyhow, I’m thrilled and hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

I am SLOBBERING! Kim, what a FANTASTIC cover!!!!! Way to go, girl! NAL has definitely done Archer justice!!!! And how I love the dark, eerie Londony look!
SQUEAK! EXCITEMENT!!!!! I so can’t wait for this book to hit the shelves!!!!!
CONGRATS!!!!!

I love the cover. It’s awesome, and I’m sure it reflects how spectacular the book will be. I can NOT wait until it comes out.
by Kimberly Frost February 13th, 2008 at 9:35 pmHello Kim, if you think the cover turned out great, you should have seen some of the artwork that didn’t quite make the cut. They were all spectacular! The photo illustrator who designed the cover is named Gene Mollica. We design and make many of the costumes he uses for various book cover designs (including what ARCHER is wearing). I can’t wait for the book to come out now, I only wish it didn’t take so long to appear on the shelves at our local bookstore!
by Victor and Shirley Forster February 13th, 2008 at 11:43 pmWow! Wowitty, wow, wow! Did I say wow?
What a great cover–and a great looking dude. You hit the jackpot, Kim! And yes, let us thank his poor tailor for making buttons that simply won’t retain their hold…

by Dina February 16th, 2008 at 6:55 pmToo cool! (Or, actually, I should say hot!!!) I love, love, love NAL’s art department! When it comes to hunky guys (they don’t bother putting shirts on my Spec-Ops hotties, since my heroines tend to rip them right off anyway
) nobody does it better!!!!
Congratulations, sweetie. You must be over the moon!!! Book browsers won’t be able to miss this guy on the racks!!
