Hey all you spooky vampires, witches and sparkly princesses! How is your Halloween going so far?

I’ve been a bit silent over the past week, but have emerged from Revisions (with a capital R) triumphant. SO STILL THE NIGHT, which will release in May, has now been passed from my editor to production.
I’ll be out of the house most of the day, but have friends coming for a fun, junky, high-calorie dinner and trick-or-treating. How are you going to spend your Halloween?

Happy Halloween back at you
Sounds like the perfect way to celebrate a novel’s end.

We live on a cul-de-sac of 8 houses. Not many trick-or-treaters venture down our way so we all move to the top of the street, drag a few grills with us, bring the candy and any other good dish to share, and treat the whole neighborhood to a grill out. It’s a huge success and sooo much fun! Of course the kids go trick-or-treating and we have a ton of candy until I eventually throw it out around Christmas. Just in time for Christmas cookies.
My hips just love me this time of year.
Congrats on finishing the revisions!

Sharon - your Halloween sounds like how ours used to be in our old neighborhood. So much fun!
I just drank an Odwalla green drink trying to counter all of the evil effects of all the sugar and junk I ate last night!
